Hybrid Learning Systems Delivers ARG for the Constellation Academy of Wine

Hybrid Learning Systems and our partner Tandem Learning have delivered an Alternate Reality Game (ARG) titled Que Syrah, Syrah for the Constellation Academy of Wine National Sales Managers Meeting. The ARG hosted 389 players and was delivered using the Hybrid Learning Systems Avenue ARG Portal. Participants in the game interacted with the portal using their Blackberry Curve devices while learning the intricacies of selecting the proper wines for various venues. Hybrid Learning Systems ARG Portal Software to be Used at DevLearn 2009

Hybrid Learning Systems web-based portal software solution will be used at DevLearn 2009 to support an Alternate Reality Game (ARG) being conducted at the conference. The game, titled “Zombie Apocalypse”, is being used to teach people the benefits of using social media in learning environments through a collection of clues that are found at the conference, through a Twitter feed or through a number of other channels. Players must form teams and discover these clues that contain a code that is entered through a mobile phone or the web portal.
